Candidates for Lake Elmo City Council will be having at least two candidate forums. On September 24, the White Bear Lake Area League of Women Voters hosted an online candidate forum.  You can view the video by clicking the video link below.

On October 7, the Stillwater Gazette hosted a candidate forum in our council chambers. The forum will be aired lived on SCC Channel 16 and replays will continue afterwards.

It has been great to get out into the community and start important conversations about our shared values and the future of our community. Through September 23, with the help of many great volunteers, we have visited over 1,400 residences. 

Being able to listen and hear the concerns and priorities of my fellow community members is a critical part of serving the public. We are going to keep moving along and meeting residents throughout our community.

Thank you to everyone who is sending questions, concerns, and priorities in by email, by phone, and when I am out door knocking. I cannot serve you in a genuine and authentic way without your feedback.

So far the feedback has been very consistent and positive in terms of our shared values as a community, concerns that need to be addressed, and the importance of having elected leaders who have integrity that we trust.
